Costa Rica! Everybody does Mexico for spring break. Costa Rica is more original but safer than the DR and Cuba- but depending on what you're wanting to do those might be better options. Are you just wanting to go swimming, have as much sex as you can and get drunk on a beach, or something else? Cuz that'll really be the deal breaker....Research them, write down the negatives and positives of each place and pick the one you like the best (especially if money is no object...)
