What GPM submersible pump do I need?

It's a product where you plug it into your household tap/garden hose and it produces a fine mist for cooling your patio. The problem is that I can't connect it directly to my tap. I was thinking of just connecting this to one of those aquarium pumps and just submerge it to a container of water.
The question is, what GPM value do I need to buy for the submersible pump.
Some details: The hose is 1/2", the pressure needed by MistyMate is standard house water pressure which is about 60-80 psi (based on what I've googled). The whole Mistymate hose is about 40 feet long.
Submersible pumps can not presurize water, they will not work. Submersible pumps use impellers. They just push water.
You don't need GPM, you need pressure. For good misting you need at least 150psi. For fog, from 300 to 1000psi.
You need a diapram pump.
